Shipping Policy

If your package is lost in transit please email us at info@barbarablakes.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located, we will reship your items. If they are not available, we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.

 

Shipping Details

Free shipping on orders over $150.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped UPS.

If you order multiple times in one day, please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available, the rate will be calculated and added at checkout. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties you may owe. 

Orders are shipped out of Lake City, Florida. Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 5 business days as this only delays us processing orders.
